Training & classrooms

360 & VR safety training people actually remember.

A slideshow fades by lunch. A real drill can be dangerous, costly, or impossible to stage. Put your people inside the fire, the wreck, the machine, or the procedure, with none of the risk, so the lesson sticks when it counts. We build the training and set up the room.

Why training does not stick

The lesson matters most when it is too late to teach it.

The moments your people most need to be ready for are the ones you cannot safely rehearse. So training defaults to slides and videos, and the knowledge fades long before the real thing arrives.

  • Lectures and videos are forgotten within days.
  • Live drills are dangerous, expensive, or impossible to stage.
  • Everyone gets a slightly different, inconsistent experience.
  • You cannot easily prove who is actually ready.
  • New hires arrive faster than you can train them well.
What 360 & VR training does

Feel it once, and it sticks.

Retention

Lived, not watched

People remember far more from something they felt they lived. Real footage of a real situation is more convincing than any cartoon simulation.

Consistency

The same scenario, on demand

Every trainee gets the identical high-stakes experience, any time, in any location, so your standard is the same for everyone.

Assessment

Decisions with consequences

Add branching choices where a trainee decides and sees the outcome play out. That turns training into real, measurable assessment.

Who it is for

Built for the training you cannot get wrong.

High-risk crews

Ready before it is real

Firefighters, paramedics, police, and industrial crews rehearse the fire, the wreck, or the emergency safely, on demand, before they ever face it.

Procedure & equipment

Inside the machine

Teach a complex procedure or piece of equipment from the inside, with CG cutaways showing what a trainee could never see in person.

Classrooms & onboarding

Every learner, there

Put a whole class or a new-hire cohort inside the subject, so a lesson or an onboarding lands the same way for everyone.

Every program is turnkey. We supply and set up the headsets and classroom, and your team runs it on one button. See how deployment works →

How it works

From scenario to a room of ready people.

Step 01

Define the scenario

We map the situation your people must be ready for, and what a successful response looks like.

Step 02

Film it or build it

We film real scenarios, and build what is too dangerous or hidden to film in CG, with branching choices where you need assessment.

Step 03

Set up the room

We deliver and install the headsets and classroom setup, and train your instructors to run it.

Step 04

Train & measure

Your team runs the same high-stakes experience for everyone, and branching scenarios show you who is ready.

Why it works

Some lessons are too important to leave to a slideshow, and too dangerous to rehearse for real. Immersive training is the one way to put your people inside the moment that matters, safely, so they are ready the day it is not a drill.

Training questions
What is 360 or VR safety training? +

It is immersive training that puts a trainee inside a real or built scenario in a headset, so they experience a high-risk situation, like a fire, a confined space, or a dangerous procedure, safely and repeatably, instead of watching a slideshow.

Does immersive training actually improve retention? +

Yes. People remember far more from something they felt they lived than from a lecture or video. Putting a trainee inside the scenario makes the lesson stick, and makes it repeatable so every person gets the same high-stakes experience on demand.

Can the training be interactive with branching choices? +

Yes. We build branching, choice-driven scenarios where a trainee makes a decision and sees the consequence play out, which turns training into real assessment.

Do you supply the headsets and set up the room? +

Yes. We deliver a turnkey kit with headsets, push-button controls, and networking, set up the training room or classroom, and train your team to run it, so any staffer can operate it.

How much does a 360 safety training video cost? +

Cinematic 360 and VR projects generally start around $25,000 and scale with scope, such as locations, CG, and interactivity. Deployment kits are quoted separately. We give a fixed quote before anything starts.
